Maybe you own an empty granny flat in a single-family home or a holiday flat in Basel or the surrounding area that you rarely use?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, if you don't want the hassle of searching for guests and managing incoming payments, and especially if you don't want long-term tenants, we offer the perfect solution. The bbbasel team has been successfully providing furnished rooms and flats for daily or monthly stays for more than 25 years. Thanks to its immense experience, our team will provide you with competent advice over the telephone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We inspect all accommodations, offer comprehensive support, and take professional photos. We are available to answer your questions and to make suggestions at any time. The inspection is free of charge for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a host, you are always free to decide whether or not you would like to welcome guests, upon a request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each guest receives tailored advice and individual offers via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a guest has agreed, a confirmation will be sent to both the guest and the host by email and then a written invoice will be sent by post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debt collection is handled professionally by bbbasel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our contracts have a term of one month and offer the option to extend. This option is available to both the tenant and the provider. If both parties agree, the contract simply continues. Otherwise, the contract ends and cannot be extended. The notice period is 14 days prior to the end of the stay for both parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our experienced team takes care of all other administrative tasks, including billing guest taxes and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will take care of check-in\/key collection, cleaning, and linen changes during the stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
