A Well-Coordinated Team

When we founded our company in November 1996, we had no idea how successful it would become.

At that time, we started full of optimism with only ten rooms. Over the years, many studios, flats, and properties were added that can only be rented during trade fairs or as “long-term properties”.

More than 26,000 guests from all over the world have been welcomed by our friendly host families.

Each room and each flat have been inspected, and all hosts have been vetted. For a long time now, we have not only been providing daily guests, but increasingly also long-term residents.

We provide accommodations for guests who work temporarily in Basel, or are completing training, visiting relatives, or simply starting a new career, but who do not want to reserve a flat with complicated termination dates from day one.

Guests also greatly appreciate the support provided by hosts, who are personally present for questions or uncertainties.
